TAMMY SCOTT LNHA, MHSA
CHAIRMAN
Mrs. Scott was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in TN, AR, and GA. She has 9 years experience as an Administrator with a total of 12 years in long term care. She specializes in memory care and secured units. She loves working at troubling facilities because of all the challenges that comes with it. She has travel to alot of cities and states to assist with the day to day operations. She also a member of Shelby County Covid Task Force. She has the best covid stats in TN. With her unique and advance marketing, accounting, operations, and nursing skills has allow her to create competitive programs. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Incorporated. She decided to create BLAHC for black leaders and administrators to join together and create a dialogue with the government, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and other organizations about the health disparities in United States. She is also an advocate for low income blacks and grassroot organizer. She became a Nursing Home Administrator because of her brother Antonio Johnson. He got into a car accident when he was 19, which left him quadriplegic.
Her mother placed him in a nursing home because she was disabled and had small children to care for, which she was the youngest. She decided to go to college and pursue a masters and become a LNHA. His bad choice became her good choice. His mistake became her calling.

Dorian Williams LNHA, FACHE
Hospital Liaison
Dorian Williams serves as the Assistant Vice President of Operations (Support Services,) for WVU Medicine: Camden Clark Medical Center. In his role, he is responsible for all aspects of facility management. He holds the distinction of being a Board Certified Fellow (FACHE) of healthcare management, along with being a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner. Mr. Williams has served in a variety of different capacities within the healthcare industry for over 14+ years.
Coming from humble career beginnings, Mr. Williams’s introduction into the healthcare industry was that of Patient Care Assistant in the senior living industry which helped him develop his leadership style and capitalize on his strengths. Mr. Williams has progressed his career through a solid educational foundation from Marshall University, a robust work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
Originally from Tallulah, Louisiana, Mr. Williams is the Son of Damon Sr; and Joan Williams. Mr. Williams family always preached the importance of education. Damon Sr. is a Director of Nursing with the Louisiana State government penitentiary system. Whereas, his mother is a retired employee of the State of Louisiana; whom she spent her entire 40+ year career with. Damon Williams Jr, is an Associate Dean at The Northwestern University of Evanston, Illinois.
Mr. Williams currently resides in Parkersburg, West Virginia with his loving wife Michelle Williams and two daughters Payton and Britynn Williams.

Dr. Akudo Okeorji RN, LNHA, Ph.D
Health Legislative Director
Akudo Okeorji, Ph.D. affectionately known as Dr. O, is a seasoned nursing professional that has dedicated her career to establishing and advancing high quality, dependable systems of care and cultivating the next generation of nurses and health care professionals to be dynamic anchors in their facilities, especially in precarious and ever-changing times.
Born and raised in Nigeria, Dr. O has always envisioned herself as a nurse. Since the impressionable age of ten, she assumed the role of caretaker in her village. She had a deep and particular affinity for the elder population which set her sights on the Long-Term Care industry. She has always intrinsically understood the value of providing both medical and personal care to people who are unable to manage independently in the community. She believes that elders too desire a life with good health, dignity, economic independence, and finally a peaceful death. Her mission is to ensure their proper care while residing in Long-Term Care facilities.
For the past three decades, with over 25 years of these being in management positions, she began her journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and sprinted up the proverbial ladder reaching and mastering each nursing credential and accompanying post including a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), Charge Nurse, Supervisor/Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse, VP of Clinical Services, and most recently, Chief Clinical Officer. Having amassed such a breadth of experience, she started coaching other nursing home leaders as a way of imparting her extensive knowledge and background to help them overcome their challenges and accomplish their clinical goals.
In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Dr. O also has an outstanding academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), an MBA from the University of Hartford, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Ph.D. Public Health Policy from Walden University.
Her newest endeavor is DeficiencyFreeSurvey.com, a platform that helps nursing home leaders improve quality of care, lower State deficiencies, improve star-ratings, and maintain State and Federal Compliance in their facilities.
When she is not saving Long-Term Care facilities, Dr. O enjoys crocheting, sewing, and is actively involved in a number of humanitarian efforts in her home country of Nigeria. She resides in Lumberton, New Jersey with her husband, she has mothered and nurtured three amazing children and relishes in her duties as a grandmother to her 5-year old grand-daughter.

Onyeabo "Onie" Anozie Ekekwe LNHA, M.ED
Parliamentarian
Mr. Onie was born and raised in Nigeria, Africa. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Education. He also received his Masters in Special Education at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He then moved to United States, where he attended The University of Connecticut School of Business. Before attending UCONN, he became Executive Director. Mr. Onie has over 13 years professional experience in long term care, which 12 year of those years are in Skilled Nursing and 1 year in Assisted Living. He also specializes in Memory Care. He have a history of of deficiency free annual surveys.

Tiana Thompson-Ermon MBA, LNHA, RCFE
Program Director
Tiana's compassion for healthcare and mental health has been prominent and resonates throughout her personal and professional life. Providing care for seniors has been at the forefront of her career as she leads nursing facilities and senior living communities in promoting the highest level of independent functioning and providing the highest quality of care.
Tiana has over 15 years experience in senior living and mental health. She holds a MBA in Health Services Management and is dually licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Executive Director. Tiana is also the Founder and CEO of "We Care" Psychology Affiliates, a company that manages and provide administrative support to Psychology practices across 3 states - CA, IL, and TX, as they provide behavioral/mental health services to residents in nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
Throughout Tiana's career, her passion for meeting the needs of seniors has driven her success and she is dedicated to providing resources to residents, staff and senior living communities.
