Mission
To Allow Black Leaders and Administrators in the healthcare and longterm care industry to join forces to address the issues that affect black communities around the world on a national and legislative level. 
Vision 
1. To Conduct a dialogue with the government, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, and hospitals for better health care services.
2. To Educate Blacks about the risk factors that can cause a decline in their health and to Teach Blacks new habits that will improve their health.
3. To Advocate for low income blacks on a local and national level for better and feasible health services.
